It's a joint session starting at 1PM on the 6th unless they choose a different day, which they will usually do if the 6th is not a day they would normally be in session for.  However, despite the 6th being a Sunday, I haven't seen anything indicating a different day will be used this time. Found it.  They'll count tomorrow, on the 4th.
