who uses marijuana for medical purposes.

I have a friend who has a bad back, something with a disc (I think). He takes anti pain medication like oxycodone in the morning and during work. but smokes marijuana after work and in the evening to help with pain and sleeping. I'm not sure if he could get a higher dose of painkillers but I don't think he wants too, there addictive and there are side effects plus. They are also very strict with these types of painkillers. He is seriously considering surgery, and has met with doctors.

I was just curious if anyone else also knew anyone too and their story.

Nope. Literally everyone I know that uses it does so for recreational purposes.

Not personally, but my ex goes to school with someone who grows his own marijuana legally and uses it for his back problems.
