POST MAJOR REFERENDUM RESULTS in STATES!!!

Currently the results for the Maine and Washington Gay Marriage referendums have not been posted at their respective pages.

Neither the Washington or Oregon pot legalization initiatives have been posted as well.

Could someone please do this ASAP? These are probably the most significant initiatives/referendums that should be posted.

The votes are still be counted in WA.

Yeah, 5% of our vote is outstanding and people can still correct ballot errors (signature mismatches, etc.) until the 26th.  The results will not be finalized until the 27th.

Yes +11.0%

Same-sex marriage


Approved +6.4%

Definitely a lot more Republicans voting for marijuana legalization and Democrats voting against it than with gay marriage.  Pot legalization's patterns looked more to me like an underperforming version of the 2008 assisted suicide vote, but with more political and age polarization:



Also, for reference, here's 2009's Referendum 71, Washington's "everything but gay marriage" referendum.  It received 53.15%.  Referendum 74 is currently receiving 53.27%.

Yeah.  There's no swing index for the green color, and I was too lazy to make one
