NY is going to trend pretty heavily Democratic for some reason this year.

The hurricane may hurt his margin of victory slightly.

I think that excuse is going to be used for why Dem votes will be down this time around in the areas affected and it will hurt but I bet it won't depress GOP voters.

We didn't have too many NY polls in 2008.  One did wildly overpoll for Obama.  This be something similar, though he'll obviously carry the state.

Obama is winning 80% of hispanics, 49% (to Romney's 46%) of white voters, 19% of Republicans and 29% (!) of conservatives.

Obama is losing independents by 3% though, which just goes to show you how hilariously right-wing that group is going to be this year.

If this poll is accurate, perhaps the odds are not quite as high as I thought that Mittens might carry the popular vote while losing the electoral college. But I am more skeptical of polls in this race than normal - all of them.
