Woah. He can speak without stuttering, eloquently, about substantive economic issues, and big ideas. I had actually practically forgotten. When the fyck was this speech? The DNC?

Edit: Ah, earlier this year. Now he just needs to learn to do it without the tele.

This should be run nationally. He should also do another 30 minute ad running on all the stations like he did in 2008.
