Why doesn't Romney call on Obama to apologize for the dirty tricks?

Secretly taping an event is one thing (and potentially a crime), but then for Obama to pounce on it for political gain, is over the top. 

Romney should ask for an apology, and for Obama to pledge no additional dirty tricks in the campaign.  He should say it over and over again, and even start of the debate with asking for such a pledge and saying he will keep to one.

He needs to turn the perception of this on where it should be--the dispicable acts of the democratic party.

Wow, I can imagine Obama's response.

"Governor Romney... is trying to lay blame for his own mistakes on me.  Let me be very clear.  I did not force the Governor to say what he said at that fundraiser.  I did not even send in the camera that caught him saying this. My suggestion to the Governor would be that he needs to take responsibility for his own actions instead of laying the blame on others."

It would be the easiest debate victory that Obama has ever scored.  No one wins a debate by whining about their oponent being unfair.
