Any British posters on here following this? Obviously I don't know what exactly was said in those alleged text messages to South African players but I can say that Pietersen really cannot lose here. He doesn't need England as much as England needs him. While it is true that England did give him the exposure and opportunity needed to build his brand, he can do just fine without England now. He can play in the IPL, make a sweet Million plus, and relax for the rest of the year. Hell, he might be able to get some endorsement deals in India if things work out well for him. On top of that he could play in the South African and Australian T20 leagues if his heart desires. Unless Pietersen has done or said something really unforgivable, it really is England that has much to lose from this situation....what do our British/anybody else interested in cricket friends think about this?

The thing is, little Kevin does not play well with other children.

Of course not, it's all about him isn't it? This article amused me a little and intrigued me. Wouldn't it be ironic if he ended up playing for South Africa?

as with about half of the English cricket team, he doesn't belong there.

After all, he's not a Yorkshireman.
