DU doesn't delete posts, it just "hides" them, probably because its threaded system would would make it difficult and end up deleting whole sub-threads.

This is actually a pretty interesting case because of its prominence in DU's "Feminist War". Feminist infighting on DU is so bad that rather than just have a feminism group (DU Groups are basically just specialized sub-forums for various types), they had to have three, a "Feminism and Diversity" one for liberal third-wavers, a "History of Feminism" one for the second-wave Dworkin/MacKinnon-style and a plain old "Feminism" group which in theory is a joint one between the two, but in practice is rarely used because the two factions hate each other. This poster in particular was basically dedicated to little more than attacks on the first group.
