No, but IMO quite likely that Cruz wins because he consolidates the conservative vote. That's why Dewhurst is throwing all that mud- he knows that he's screwed in a runoff just like KBH was in 2010 once Medina was disposed of.

There wasn't a runoff between Perry and Kay. Perry won with 51% in the primary.

I know there wasn't a runoff. What I tried to say was that once Perry consolidated conservatives, he won easily.

On another note it looks like Leppert started creeping up later in the game, maybe because he's consolidating support in the DFW region.
