...was deleted and I received 12 (twelve) health units for "trolling" in the process...not that I am complaining, of course.

...but, obviously,  it was a serious proposal that received near 90% support from the posting community.

Mods, if you don't like the initial proposal, at least allow us to openly discuss it amongst ourselves so that the rest of us can come up with a proposal to present to the Mods.  If the FC Board is not the proper place to formulate proposals, then please select a board where we can discuss such topics, because using PM's or the IIRC would no be useful.

Or are you attempting to claim that all such discussions are outlawed on the entire Forum?

Dude, don't lie about how many points you received for that thread; it wasn't 12.  And no, FC is not the place to talk about Collesiums of guillotines for banned posters.
