VA-2: Romney
VA-3: Paul
VA-4: Santorum

No. Paul would have been in fourth.

Most likely. The above is only with the electorate that went to the polls on Super-Tuesday, so Ron Paul's vote is overrepresented. If more voters would have turned out, Romney would have still won this, but yeah, Ron Paul would have gotten his usual 10%.
