Basically if we win 1% more votes than Obama the map will work itself out. I doubt we'll win 1% more votes though.

There's no way Obama's gonna lose the popular vote, but win VA. If the GOP wins the popular vote by 1%, VA will be part of their Electoral College victory.

That would make the pollster (Selzer) look pretty incompetent, don't you think ?

I think the Des Moines Register would never ever hire them again if they'd admit such a huge mistake.

It would be better for them not admitting such a mistake, in case they really made one ... Tongue
