In My Opinion, it would be either Florida with the Hispanics (Puerto Ricans vs Cubans) or California with the Whites. What is your thought on this?

Oregon has an obvious intra- race polarization. Walden's district is 90% white and R+10. On the other extreme, Blumanuer's is still 80% white but D+19.

Minnesota whites are pretty crazy too.

Wisconsin is really really bad.  Much worse than MN.  You just don't notice it because they're so evenly divided nearly everywhere.

Wisconsin's intraracial polarization has to do with the Scandinavians in the Western part and the Germans in the Eastern part.

It's the same thing in Minnesota.  But more the Scandinavians/Southern/Eastern Europeans vs. Southern German Catholics.

Many of the Western states have a polarized white population between latte liberal urban Dems and quasi-redneck rural Republicans. The suburbs tend to be more marginal.

Whites in Denver and Boulder vs whites in Colorado Springs.

The answer is obviously Utah.

It's a good candidate, but then again so are Colorado, Minnesota, Maine, and Oregon. Utah's polarization cuts along sectarian lines, while in the other states mentioned, it seems to have less to do with religion and more to do with ideology (though the two overlap considerably).

New York (Orthodox Jews and gays) (Nadler has the only district in that country that had a area with 50,000,000 people that  voted for McCain at a 90% rate) there is also a white area that voted for Obama at a 90% rate

What state has the biggest black Republican block?

According to the '04 exit polls (not using '08 for obvious reasons), Bush did best among blacks in Oklahoma, winning 28%, followed by Washington state (25%) and California (18%).

Yeah, California has many Republican Blacks. In 2010, they voted 21% for Whitman, 77% for Brown. But it's not as if there is any area in California where Blacks actually vote Republican. A lot of Blacks are middle class, live in the suburbs, and maybe vote 60-70% Democrat.
