Phil, you are acting as if no other candidate has attacked the others.

No, I'm not. I quite clearly pointed out that Paul's attacks aren't respectful, suggesting that there is a classy way to go after someone's views/record. Paul, being a nutcase, doesn't understand that.

Good to see that at least one Republican candidate is willing to call his fellow candidates what they are. Whoever thinks that Santorum and Bachmann aren't bigots obviously needs to open a dictionary.

Santorum, who hired gays, is a bigot. Let me borrow your dictionary, px.

This reminds me, remember how I said I could caucus for Paul and keep my Jesus and pot-loving persona and still fit right in and be believable? Well I could also say exactly what I think about the other GOP candidates and it'd fit too!
Why not caucus for Stewart Greenlief?

It's Greenleaf.  Wink  He didn't file in Iowa though I'm not sure if you even have to file there. He only filed in New Hampshire to "prove a point." And despite his name, I don't think that suggests anything about his stance on marijuana legalization.

To have sex with him?
edit: seems somebody said this before me.

Following Phil's logic the fact that wealthy southerners hired blacks as their cooks and drivers is a sure sign that they were in fact not racist at all.

Yeah, they were "hired." Px, your unabashed hackery never ceases to amaze.

Yes, hired. I'm talking about the 20th century.
I'm sure James Eastland and Strom Thurmond had blacks working for them (heck, Thurmond even impregnated one of them) but that didn't mean that they weren't racists.

Working in a totally different context and you know it. I won't continue to waste my time discussing this with a rabid troll though.

Just because Santorum hired gay people doesn't mean he isn't a bigot.  That hateful crap that he spews shows that he is a bigot.

Smash, I'm glad that you had to make that point because no one else in this thread has said that already. Very powerful statement and totally convincing.

Phil, what are you going to do if it's just Paul vs. Romney when Pennsylvania votes?

Write in Santorum. That should be obvious. As to who I would support winning Pennsylvania and the nomination, well...that isn't as obvious but if you think about it, you'll come up with the right answer.

Think of it positively, Phil: if Paul wins the nomination then the Phillies are a virtual lock for the WS title in 2012.

And then you can relish that World Series as you watch 36-year-old Ryan Howard make $25 million in 2016.

If Paul wins the nomination, I'd get that, an Italy Euro 2012 win, an Eagles Super Bowl, a Napoli Scudetto...

Precisely!

I was about to say that myself.
