Surprisingly close for a conservative southern state with large evangelical vote. Maybe because Perry is (relatively) overperforming here (for now)?

Another thought:  Who the hell is Clarus Research Group?

Also, it was done on 11/22.  A little stale by now.

They polled the Louisiana Governor race and the DC Mayor race.

Other than that, they are pretty new.

At least we get a few Louisiana polls ...

A month and a half ago, Gingrich was at 4%. That's a pretty epic improvement.
