Priorities:

> A taxcap of 90% to ensure that when Regional tax rates are added to Federal, that at least 10% of income goes to the earner at all income levels.

> A reduction in tax exemptions to ensure that the rich can not "write off" all of their taxes

> Indexing the tax brackets to Inflation to ensure that taxes to not rise each year by default

> Renegotiation of government worker salaries, giving the guaranteed quality of life increases, and limiting any additional salary increases.

> Semi-Freezing of hiring of government workers to ensure that government does not grow. New hires will only be permitted to replace those retiring/quitting etc.

> Omnibus bill to organize all the various laws passed over the years

> Constitutional amendment to provide for elections should the system fail (as it has in the NE i the past)

> Activity - I commit to opening amendment ballots within 16 hours of the original notification, with all such ballots being posted within 12 hours unless I happen to be working at that time.
