Only Blubb is good at Blubbing. Would-be Blubbers can't Blubb if they're not Blubb; they just lack the Blubbtelligence to get the forum Blubbed. However, I do find this trend in non-Blubbs Blubbing Blubb to be quite Blubby, but probably only because the non-Blubb Blubb Blubbers are funny enough to pull off counter-Blubbing anyway. Any other would-be Blubbists who would seek to Blubb Blubb probably aren't Blubby enough to do it, so their attempts would fail just like whenever any un-Blubby non-Blubb takes a shot at Blubbing. So only Blubb can truly Blubb, yes, and I definitely consider myself a Blubb-lover.

I also agree with bgwah that it's very annoying when someone prematurely de-Blubbs one of Blubb's Blubbs, because the best part of a Blubb Blubb is seeing everyone Blubbed so thoroughly- any successful Blubb is simply too Blubbtastic to see it ruined prematurely.
