25-  Shouldn't have them to begin with

27- Shouldn't have regressive payroll taxes to begin with

65-  Sorry.  Taxpayer money shouldn't be subsidizing family growth.  If anything we need to do the opposite.

67-  Propping up a housing market that needs to fall on its own, but it's gone anyway and the market needs to do its job.
