I've been telling you guys racism here is bad. This is our State Treasurer. Actually, a lot of weird stuff happens following, including the route she used to walk home being quite longer than one a normal Hartford resident would take, going down Tower Avenue. Not a road I would walk down for that sort of distance (fast traveling vehicles and no sidewalks don't mix).
