I suspect that high "don't know" for both is just due to political correctness, people saying things like "it's not my job to say what someone else's faith is, blah blah blah." In the case of Obama though I'm sure there are many Republicans who know he's not Muslim but don't want to admit he's Christian.

Romney running the same as Bachmann just confirms what I've been thinking about how he's not a great candidate, he just doesn't come across as godawful as the rest of the GOP field.
