What do you think?

Please discuss.

If you can, name some that you think may like to do so?

Obviously, that would be great. But they would have to avoid saying anything controversial.

Or they would post under pseudonyms. In the way that you are, right now, Barry.

They'd check out the political demographics forum and make thinly veiled requests about how to maximize a certain candidate's odds of victory.

P.S. If any of you ever become national politicians one day, you MUST make references to freedom fighters and horrible people on the congressional floor.

You'd be naive if you think they don't already.

Possibly the polling analysis.  Not much else.

Ron Paul posts on this site, under several different accounts.

I would have thought Torie's re-districting campaign would attract a few.

Some might enjoy reading some stuff (we really do have some high quality posts around here - very high quality).

But most would not want to post, because it could only potentially hurt them, since opposition research could grab it and use it out of context or whatever. That is why Muon2 is very careful about opining on issues in the public square that have some controversy to them. It is not as if he would not have much to say, or not by insightful and informed, it is rather because I think because the cost-benefit analysis for them sucks.

Bernie Sanders and Ron Paul types would. They actually care about our opinions...I thought we had a few state reps as members?

I'm sure Bernie Sanders and Ron Paul have no interest in opinions that differ from their own.

This.  The kind of people who actually read letters from their constituents or post on their own Twitter, in general, would.
