I've heard and read that T-Paw will file to explore this month, but I haven't heard anything from camp Romney.

Pawlenty has moved his announcement timeframe both forwards and backwards a couple of times.  The latest is what he said on March 1:

Romney is rumored to be planning an announcement in April, but he's never given such an indication on the record.
