I say option 2.  I think he is who he says he is and he is mostly truthful.. but he exaggerates quite a bit for effect.

He is a real, genuine, spoiled kid, enabled by his parents. He uses this forum as therapy, but the therapy is not working very well. That is my surmise.

I think he's real. But I'm rather gullible. Tongue

This and slightly re-worked version of that.

If he's #1, he's one of the most epic of all time.

God, I wish he was number one.

Definitely. Rocket's post explains why he isn't number one but if he was still number one with that in mind, it would make him the best act ever.

Somewhere between 2 and 3, hopefully more 2 than 3.   If it is 1 then he has other serious problems.

His Facebook is the only thing between #1 and #2. I think that, based on the assumption that it's real, he's a real person that probably exaggerates his problems here for attention.

When I read this I teeter back to option 1:

I'm about to start packing about 1:00.  I don't expect it will take more than an hour total (and that's being very generous), since everything is clean.

Starting about 2:00, I'm going to start replaying all 3 of Saturday's bowl games. I'll take a break for about 3 hours while I go to our men's meeting at church, but then I'll resume later this evening and go all the way into the morning hours.

Here is the countdown clock (as of 13:00):

Leaving my house: - 24 hours - Tuesday, December 21, 2010 - 13:00

Wake up Thursday morning - 62 hours - Thursday, December 23, 2010 - 03:00

Leave for Airport - 63 hours 30 minutes - Thursday, December 23, 2010 - 04:30

Arrive at Off-Aiport Parking - 64 hours 15 minutes - Thursday, December 23, 2010 - 05:15

Arrive Will Rogers World Airport - 64 hours 45 minutes - Thursday, December 23, 2010 - 05:45

Depart for George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston - 66 hours 50 minutes - Thursday, December 23, 2010 - 07:50

Arrive IAH - 68 hours 13 minutes - Thursday, December 23, 2010 - 09:13

Depart IAH - 69 hours 15 minutes - Thursday, December 23, 2010 - 10:15

Arrive Jacksonville International Airport - 71 hours 13 minutes - 13:13 (EST)

-----

Wake Up Sunday Morning - 131 hours 45 minutes - Sunday, December 26, 2010 - 01:45 (EST)

Depart for JAX - 133 hours 0 minutes - Sunday, December 26, 2010 - 03:00 (EST)

Depart for Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta - 135 hours 30 minutes - Sunday, December 26, 2010 - 05:30 (EST)

Arrive at my house - 143 hours 0 minutes - Sunday, December 26, 2010 - 12:00 (CST)

The only thing I did not provide, nor will I provide are the flight numbers.

He is, of course, utterly real; it isn't as though we're all imagining the posts he types out (presumably with one finger), are we? As for his persona and stories... who knows. I do tend to lead towards thinking that it's just too intricate to make up and that, as such, assuming basic honesty is the least disturbing option.

Indeed, I hope he's just trolling. If he's for real, we really have a problem.
