Not publicly, of course.  But, if more people smoke weed -- which wouldn't necessarily happen if Prop 19 passes -- chains like Taco Bell could possibly make some extra revenue.

My friend here in Florida who has owned restaurants and been financially involved in others has told me that people in the food industry are quietly pro-marijuana legalization for that exact reason. "Potheads were a vital part of our business", I believe he said. Then again, he said this in between hits off of his pipe, so take that how you will.

As a former pot-head and somebody who knows many of them, I can second theendisnigh's friend here. Pot smoking teenagers with not that much money love to get a meal for just three or four bucks.

I myself used to just indulge in turkey on wheat after doing so, but hey.
