Eraserhead's right.  The IP's in the same area and he couldn't hide his posting style to save his life.  Stark really, really likes to talk about how evil the Jews are.

I agree with both of these.  I don't remember reading anywhere that having an implied hatred of a people (only an explicity hatred) was ground for being banned.  I don't ever directly hear Stark say something that could be construed as an explicit denounciation of the Jewish people.  He always seemed to disguise his racism by using lots of unnecessary words.
Just saying.  I mean if he said something like "you better watch out for the real Holocaust now Jews, it won't just be a few hundred this time it will be in the tens of thousands so we can get revenge on you blah blah blah" then yeah I can understand the need for a ban, but he never seemed to cross such a line (at least from what I've seen).  May I also suggest that people who suggest that a small Jewish elite controls Hollywood isn't also grounds to be reported, just as long they don't imply that all Jews are behind it.
In other words, this forum is becoming a beacon of extreme political correctness.  I can understand banning people like prophetman or what not for being too vile (though I wouldn't ban him if I had the authority), but I don't believe that Stark (unless someone has a particularly vile post from a while back) really did anything to warrant a banning.  There are controversial posters on every forum, and believe it or not some of them actually obey the Terms of Statement on their forum.
I mean Holy Crawdad fellas, why don't you ban those of us who disapproved of the Union's actions during the Civil War or those of us who oppose the Civil Rights Act of 1964 if you feel like Stark's personal opinions of Jews is so horrible to warrant banning?

My impression is that Stark was not banned previously really because of his views, but his conduct. When he got drunk or whatever he went wild with spam, worse than JC. That was when I PM'ed Alcon about it.

How disturbed does someone have to be to constantly haunt an internet forum where they have decidedly broken the rules and are decidedly not welcome.

Apparently Stark deleted his posts from this thread (that's why it doesn't exactly flow anymore).  I'd appreciate it (as would all the mods) if you simply ignore him (the poster Heimen), as he will most likely be banned within a day (hopefully).  He's confirmed to be a sock of Stark, and is still not wanted on this forum.
