What happen when both proposals get a majority?

Does we have an Assembly and an Universal Alşing? This would be the worst result Wink

Weren't you a big supporter of universalism in the last Constitutional Convention? This would be a great opportunity to put the idea to the test. Wink

Yes, hence the second proposition. *nods*  I don't think the Midwest has the population/activity level necessary to support an elected second house, though.

1. Southeast have lower and it's works
2. So we need to activate them more. That may be a solution.

Guys, we won't do anything without trying.

Right, which is why we should try a universal assembly and see if that works before we even think about one that would keep Midwesterners out of governance.

Though, in this case, it appears we may be heading towards bicameralism, which should lead to activity simply by way of needing to define who does what when!

There is one huge argument, IMO, in favor of an elected assembly: I don't think for our inactive ctizen there's a much difference between universal assembly ad just voting on propositions from time to time. We need to have Assembly seats and elections to at least have a chance for more activity.

Again, if this sucks, I'll fullly support repeal.
