He didn't actually exist. Moses was about as common of a name at the time and if you look at the laws he was given, he appears to be describing the agrarian society of Israel or an already established community. It was likely the case that each year the Hebrews migrated to Canaan and eventually adapted to the Cannaanite religions in relation to the religions of Egypt. Both of which are strikingly similar to early Judaism. I'd like someone to find me someone who had a bigger impact on history than Jesus of Nazareth.
