No, you need to open a vote up in the Voting Booth for your region on the amendment, then your citizens will vote whether or not they want the amendment to pass. See what Vepres did for reference.

I'd advise putting it on tomorrow's Northeast ballot, if that's possible.

There is no law that mandates this.

I guess one reason not to is that the voting period for constitutional amendments is longer than that for regional Northeast elections.  It's all moot anyway, as the Northeast Governor has opened a separate vote on the amendment.

It's always been separate.

When I was governor of the Southeast back in the older days (2006?) I recall combining amendment votes with regional initiatives a few times. I think, anyway; I may be misremembering.
