Sorry, I'm not sure what that sentence means. Its an insult, of course (and an inaccurate one), but the words jam together and hinder the communication of your fundamental point.

But all of this is missing the real point here - I'm not the only person to have raised an eyebrow at the undertones of some of your posts; if you genuinely are not a racist, you might want to reflect on the words you use.

My point was because of the sensitive nature of the issue, as this thread exhibits, race will always be used to defend incompetence and piss poor performance. And guess what? Steele just proved me right

The reason he is being criticised is because he is spending money like a drunken sailor and trying to convince activists that the GOP "has learned its lessons from before on spending", and he has created an operation in which bad behavior is encouraged or atleast not punished. He knows the GOP will never fire him and he is sending out a warning shot, if they do fire him he will claim it was because he was black and the media will buy it and run with it, guarranteeing he won't be fired.
