Blanche Lincoln secures the Democratic nomination, and selects Howard Dean as her running mate.

Very close election probably, unless conditions are heavily favored in one direction or the other.

I think Bush wins, especially with ridge. Add PA and WI to the 04 map and make IA over 50%.
