Euroscepticism is good as long as it's directed only at the EU and the euro and not at the idea of a unified Europe.
What does this mean concretely ?
Surprisingly, I understand him completely. He means good European relations are possible and good to maintain even without formal political association through the EU.
I agree.
Yes this, and I would also support a European nation. Just not under the premises of the EU.
I am also disappointed with some things in the EU's functionning, but how can you be in favor of an European Nation and refusing the EU ? I mean, if there are bad things in EU, why not just reforming it instead of destroying it to build something else ?
