This didn't become an issue when the ad was released during the primaries, so why would it be an issue now or in 2012?

What needs to happen is Democrats must temporarily switch parties, or if allowed just vote in the GOP primary to keep Palin and Huckabee away from the White House. I could certainly live with Romney or Thune. The white trash theocrats? Absolutely not.

What needs to happen is for you to join the elite Democratic party that you belong in.  You just said the key words that make you one of them: "white trash".  I'm sure you will be welcomed with open arms - Go.

If by 'elite' you mean 'intelligent', then yes, I do hold politicians to higher standards than the average American. I also wants a President that has common sense, one that does not believe are laws should be taken directly from a mythological book.

I agree with the Republican party on the majority of issues, why should I be a Democrat? That's right, I forgot that you have to be a brain-dead, anti-intellectual bigot to be a member of the modern Republican party.

Mitt Romney has a lot more problems with his record or his stances on the issues...and by the way when it comes to Romney, he has so many stands on such issues that you can't keep up with them lol

So, Huckabee can still run, survive this, give Romney a tough race and beat him.
Either one will lose in the general, so its a moot point.
