Libertarians!

I call on you to join me in registering as a Republican for the 2012 primaries. We have nothing to gain from any other registration. Obama will not have a serious challenger. The Libertarian Party has no chance. The ONLY way we can make an impact and be heard in 2012 is to cross over and vote for Gary Johnson in the Republican primary. It is time we are heard.

If Johnson is still seriously in the running in 2012 I might just be tempted to do that just as a huge "f**k you" to the establishment.

I don't take orders from a "Conservative Libertarian from Maine." The Republicans will have to earn my vote if they want it.

Not true. The economy is going to disillusion many people away from the two parties in power. There is a very good chance a third party candidate will win in 2012.

Yes, I am planning to temporarily re-register as a Republican in order to vote for Gary Johnson in the primaries. Spreading the word is a good idea.

I'm thinking about doing the same thing. I was a Republican and changed beginning of the year after the 2008 election.

I wouldn't rule it out definitely. Let's not forget that at one point Perot was beating Bush and Clinton and that was under fairly average conditions.
