Thaksin In Cambodia!

So I may have mentioned that for months now H.M. has been in hospital, so everyone's scared what will happen if he goes.  Well, on top of that now ex-PM and exile Thaksin is hovering in Cambodia, as a guest of Hun Sen, the pres/dict. there.

So now Abhisit, our current very pleasant and salubrious (front man for the Old Elite) PM is getting egg on his face vis-a-vis this Hun Sen flipping him off, and both countries have withdrawn their ambassadors, and this just after the big fuss on the border over some stupid temple.

Yeah, so Hun Sen is entirely doing this to make himself look good electorally by embarrassing the Thais, while perhaps getting some cash under the table from still-rich Thaksin.  Thaksin however is playing a dangerous game as many Thais find his slumming with the Cambos to be unpatriotic, even if they dislike Abhisits masters (no one really hates Abhisit).
