I've found the AP to be quickest in reporting numbers, often even quicker than the various elections offices (possible exception of Virginia who're really good). Links:

Virginia

New Jersey

New York

Maine

California

Washington State

Pennsylvania

All major races can be found on their own page by using the drop-down menu, as can county-by-county results for those races.

You can add in any state your want (BK might want Georgia) by modifying the postal abbreviation in the URL, FYI
