A simple one, easy to implement, and hopefully, easy to pass. this is a relativity small change that will take a bit of the workload off the SoFA and those tracking elections.

It state that should any candidate, despite gaining every preference from those candidates below him, not be able to move up in position; that candidate should be dropped from balloting.


Example:
Bob 40
Bill 30
Barry 15
Buck 10

Even if all 10 of Buck's voters were to preference Barry #2, Barry would still not have enough votes to overtake Bill (25 to 30). This new reform would drop both Barry and Buck on the first round, and save a round of counting.

Yeah, this is already how we officially do things. Anything in greater detail is simply optional on behalf of the SOFA.

So in short, my reform proposal has been a resounding success! Now that #'s 3 and 4 have been passed, I'll move on to #5!
