Please vote aye or nay on the following amendment to the federal constitution. Voting closes in exactly seven days (October 25-November 1, 2009). Votes edited after 20 minutes will not be counted.

Strategic Registration Amendment

1. Article V, Section 2, Clause 7 is hereby amended to read: "Persons may only change their State of registration once every 180 days.

2. Citizens may not change their State of registration between the 8th and 180th day after registering to vote."

The voting booth is now closed. By a vote of 8 to 3, the Strategic Registration Amendment has been ratified by the Pacific.
