Two links for a bit of fun...

One is an article by Nate Silver entitled  "The worst pollster in the world strikes again" highlighting the efforts of John Zogby

The other is Zogby's newest poll showing Obama with a 42% approval rating.

For the record, Mr. Silver is kinder to Mr. Zogby than I would have been.

While I agree with you that Zogby's numbers on Obama Job Approval are somewhat low, I estimate somewhere between 47 and 52%, he's nowhere as ludicrous as CBS/New York Times (to cite the worst example from a major national pollster).

So, please drop the hyperbole.

Pollster                     Dates             N/Pop    Approve    Disapprove

Rasmussen          8/30-9/1/09      1500 LV       46            53
Gallup                  8/30-9/1/09       1500 A        54            40
CNN                     8/28-31/09        1010 A        53            45
CBS News            8/27-31/09        1097 A        56            35
Zogby (Internet)  8/24-31/09       4518 LV       42            48

Now, if you average ORC (CNN) and Zogby, you'll get a pretty reasonable number (I think that Rasmussen has an excessively high disapprove rate by methodology).
