The best part about the next debate is that we will never have to hear from De Blasio or Gillibrand ever again.

Hopefully we narrow the field down to 6-7 candidates. The 10 person debates are kind of absurd.

A 6 person debate will be incredibly refreshing and I hope candidates take more time to get into actual substantive policy debates than the garbage we've seen thus far.

With the new Fox News polls of NV and SC, I believe Steyer now qualifies for the debate.

I can't believe it. I thought we had gotten rid of him for good.

What a joke.

Have Mike bought DNC yet?

Its dumb because they could literally just include everyone on the stage at this point. When there were 20 candidates running, yeah we needed a threshold, but now, if you've survived to mid-Feb, you should probably be up there regardless.

They narrowed the field, now let everyone on.

Frankly, being off the debate stage might be a good thing for Mike. With the exception of Harris's short lived boom in the summer, no one has really gained a ton nationally from the debates. He has unlimited resources to tell people who he is and why he's running and can do that without the pushback from other candidates. If he gets on stage and exposes himself to smears from Sanders, etc, I might drag him down.

Bloomberg ecstatic he doesn't have to be next to Liz again.
