Obviously, educational discussions, instructions and classroom activites which concern marriage in all its other forms, legal or hypothetical, will still be permitted. However, the promotion of Marriage as anything other than as between one man and one woman by any school employee to any student will not be permitted.

I understand that it may be desirable to get as much done before this session ends, but we've almost always had more than one day for debate on bills.

I understand, but in an Assembly with only 3 members and with predictable voting patterns it's usually not necessary to have long debate, especially as the session comes to a close.

This is a deeply offensive, terrible piece of legislation. I strongly urge the Assembly to reject it.

I love you really, Lt. Governor Smiley

The bill is now up for final vote.

You have until just before the end of the session to cast your votes, or until I close voting after a majority have voted in union.

Equality of rights under the law is not affected by this bill. I'd recommend you read it properly.
