6. Any person who wishes to undergo an abortion, who's life is not judged to be in danger, will be subject to a waiting period of 7 days, during which mandatory counselling shall be provided to discourage termination and educate about alternative arrangements that can be made, such as adoption.
7. During this 7 day waiting period, an ultrasound scan will be taken of the subject. The subject will not be obliged to view the resulting images.
