5 counties have completed their recounts. In those, Trump has lost 18 votes while Clinton has lost 19 votes, for overall Trump +1.

Trump has also gained 440 votes in Oneida County before the recount even started due to a recording error in the town of Hazelhurst (his vote total was reported at 44 instead of 484).

Regarding the St. Francis results.

It appears that in the original count, the results for St. Francis were switched with those from South Milwaukee. South Milwaukee is right above St. Francis in the spreadsheet. You can see that the new recount results from St. Francis match exactly the original results from South Milwaukee. So overall, the vote totals should remain roughly the same when South Milwaukee reports their recount results.

Wisconsin Recount

A bunch of counties completed their recounts today. 23/72 counties have finished.

In those counties, Trump has gained 89 votes, while Clinton has lost 61 votes, for a net gain of 150 votes for Trump. Madison and Milwaukee have not finished though, so Clinton should gain some when those are complete.
