The histrionics on tv are incredible.  They keep making the point that Bernie only improved 2% among black people 4 years later in Mississippi.  As if he spent the last 4 years camped out in Mississippi with that goal in mind.

That said.  This election is over.  Bernie has no path.

Can everyone just stop purposely rubbing it in Bernie supporters faces. Yes we got that from that at times, and a bit of gloating is ok, but there is absolutely no reason to be malicious to people who were extremely passionate about a candidate whose presidential hopes were ruined tonight

who is "purposely rubbing it in"?

Bernie needs to bring up Hunter, Burisma and Biden's senility Sunday. Only chance he has.

That only helps with MAGA base not democratic primary voters.

I think that at this point it is fair to say that the conventional wisdom that Bernie had a ceiling was totally accurate.  Even in states he won fairly big (Colorado, Nevada, Utah) he was essentially getting around the same percent of the vote that he's getting now.  Everything else just consolidated around Biden.

Does anyone else get the vibe that Harry enten, Nate silver, and Dave wasserman aren’t very big fans of sanders?

They are good about keeping things objective, numbers-wise, but I sense a bit of giddiness when they tweet out good news about biden.

I noticed this 4 years ago too. They seemed to favor clinton

well they are all democrats (it seems) and they are pretty convinced Sanders would do much worse than Biden against Trump so to them they view this from the lens of the general election.

If things don't change in a massive way Trump is screwed.  Everything points to Republicans getting destroyed in the suburbs again in 2020 just like they did in 2018, possibly even worse.  Doesn't look promising for Trump in Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, Maine, New Hampshire.  He probably won't even contest Virginia or Colorado.  Florida is in danger with Biden as the nominee, etc. etc.
