This EO may eventually be a big nothing (go nowhere, actual implementation failure).
It seems to me, that trump is doing this mainly for attention, and to say "look I'm doing something about Obamacare."

So once again, it's the severe mental illness case of narcissism.
Sign the EO with huge "Donald Trump" letters, hold it up for the cameras, and satisfy the sick brain inside his decrepit body.
