This is. . . weird.
Contestants on the Apprentice had little freedom to do what they want and were forced to do odd things. Sad!
That's probably just a standard cya provision that most reality TV shows have in their contract just in case they get you naked in a shot, so you can't sue.
That is exactly what it is. Just a way to protect themselves just in case there is an accidental release of footage where someone shows some "skin" in error. I don't think it means that the trump shows were asking people to "go nude" for any of the scenes.
