It does look like he is partially nodding-off.
He was probably really tired after 4 days, and remember .... he is no longer a young chicken.
The time-slot for Hillary's speech is considered "late at night" for the OG's.
Give the guy a break ..... don't you have elderly parents/grandparents ?
