Noooooooooo.  Too many places freak out or won't take a $100. bill much less a larger denomination.

i agree.

for large purchases (anything over $100) normals use debit or credit.

The majority of $100 bills are used for hoarding in banks overseas, not for consumer transactions.  I think it's smart to print larger denominations if the foreign banks that want to hoard US currency would like larger notes.  It would save paper, right?
