If it's Trump, Cruz, and Rubio, like you said, the only one I can see accepting a "deal" to drop out is Rubio. I don't see Cruz having any interest in a cabinet position, nor would I say the same of Trump.
I can't see Rubio wanting to work in a Trump cabinet, so I'd guess that unless someone else is pulling the strings, he'd endorse Cruz if anyone and become a part of the Cruz administration.
If Rubio even belongs in that group at all, of course.
