With a GOP House/Senate (or just one of those), it would be a continuation of Obama's last 6 years.

With a Democratic House/Senate, they'd have at least done some infrastructure, raised minimum wage, had paid leave, and would have picked and passed their first major initiative so far (probably immigration reform). And would have been more consistent on Syria.
