Everyone, even Donald Trump, sees Bush as "the man to beat" in the 2016 Republican primaries.

The question: why?

WHY does Bush have so much money, the endorsements, the establishment support, etc.?

I think I know the answer, but I really want to see if anyone else has any other possible explanations.
